The Harvest Kitchen
Each spring, summer and fall we grow vegetables in our garden that will be enjoyed all year round. Our Harvest Kitchen works hard all summer long cleaning, chopping, canning, freezing, and fermenting our organically grown produce. Along with vegetables we also process other products from our farm such as eggs, fruits, and we ferment our own kombucha. All of the products are eaten within the village and shared with guests, but we do not currently sell our Harvest Kitchen goodies.
